IMCA Seminar in Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia during November 2008 was attended by over 400 delegates and IMCA members from around the world. The Directors of KBA presented a paper with regards Diving System Auditing, also attending at the seminar was Lisa Pang and Yi Ting who provided support and information at our promotion booth.

KBA have just completed conducting their first NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health in Bandung Indonesia. The course was attended by delegates from National and International companies. Twelve delegates from National and International companies based in Indonesia attended the 13 day intensive full time course held at the five star Hotel Grand Aquila located in Bandung. The next course to be conducted in Indonesia will be held within the next few months - contact KBA for details.

The Directors of KBA (Darren Brunton and Brendan Kearns) presented a paper at the IMCA Annual Seminar held in Paris. This event was attended by over 200 personal from the IMCA membership and offshore oil and gas industry. The presentation given by the KBA Directors was regarding Hyperbaric Evacuation Systems and was well received.

We attended the APOSHO 23 Safety Exhibition and Conference; our booth was very busy with personnel interested in the range of Safety training provided by KBA Training Centre. During the 3 day event both NEBOSH and IOSH senior management representatives visit our booth. KBA where the only service provider at the exhibition who offers the NEBOSH and IOSH International accredited training courses. During October NEBOSH Chief Executive - Teresa Budworth and International Manager - Stuart Naylor paid a visit to KBA Training Centre during this visit Darren Brunton had the privilege to show them around the companies training

KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd were accredited by Ministry of Manpower Singapore to conduct MOM Approved Risk Management training courses. This two day intensive course covers all the requirements for Risk Assessment training and can be used for 'Continuing Professional Development' as well as a legal requirement for managers and supervisors in various industries working in Singapore.
